The health assessment includes: A complete physical examination, review of your medical record, prescription renewal if needed, medical requests/referrals if required, and follow-up of your results by phone.
The health plan covers the medical consultation only. If tests (blood or urine) are recommended, a requisition will be issued. Samples may be collected on site (additional fees – private laboratory) or elsewhere (public or private).
